1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MyTelos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyTelos is an AI-powered personal growth platform that helps users track progress across 8 life dimensions: Mind, Body, Purpose, Spirit, Wealth, Relationships, Creativity, and Impact. The Service includes a web application, AI chat assistant, messaging integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp), and analytics tools.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to MyTelos (journal entries, goals, messages, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use your personal content to train AI models or share it with other users. Your data is private and only accessible to you.
6. AI-Generated Content
The AI assistant provides insights, recommendations, and analysis based on your data. This content is generated by artificial intelligence and should not be considered as professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions regarding your health, finances, or wellbeing.
7. Service Plans and Billing
- Free Plan: limited to 5 messages per day and 2 active dimensions.
- Pro Plan: unlimited messages, all 8 dimensions, voice support, integrations, and weekly reports.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
8. Third-Party Integrations
MyTelos integrates with third-party services including Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta), Google (authentication), Anthropic (AI), and OpenAI (AI and voice transcription). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
9. Score System
MyTelos uses a scoring system to reflect your current activity across life dimensions. Scores are designed to represent recent engagement, not lifetime accumulation. Scores may decay during periods of inactivity (3% per day, minimum score of 5). This is an intentional design feature, not a bug.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
MyTelos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
